Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Corporate Development Associate is a full-time exempt position responsible for managing M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals from LOI through close
• Lead diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
• Support financial analysis and underwriting, including valuation and investment committee materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related fields
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, with familiarity in CRMs and data room management
• Experience in project management and financial modeling
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
