Job Summary

Corporate Development Associate will work full-time in a remote or in-person capacity, managing M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence, financial analysis, and transaction documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, including due diligence tracking and stakeholder alignment
  • Lead due diligence efforts and synthesize findings while escalating risks early in the process
  • Support financial analysis and transaction documentation, ensuring alignment across all closing deliverables
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and diligence synthesis
