Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Corporate Development Associate will work full-time, managing M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts, managing checklists and coordinating functional diligence across various departments
• Support financial analysis and underwriting, including valuation and investment committee materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related roles
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; familiarity with CRMs and data room management
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and self-directed with an ownership mindset
