Job Summary
Corporate Development Associate will work full-time to manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence, financial analysis, and post-close integration planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
- Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
- Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with data rooms and document management
- Proven ability to manage multiple moving pieces and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
