Job Summary
Corporate Development Associate will work full-time in a remote or in-person capacity, managing M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence, financial analysis, and integration planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, including diligence tracking and stakeholder alignment
- Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings while escalating risks
- Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and deal economics, while managing data room and transaction documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and document management
- Analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and diligence synthesis
- Experience in project management and execution-oriented roles in fast-paced environments
