Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Corporate Development Associate will work full-time to manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence, financial analysis, and integration planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings while escalating risks
• Support financial analysis and transaction documentation, ensuring timely delivery of critical items and alignment across all necessary documents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and document management systems
• Analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
• Execution-oriented with strong project management capabilities in fast-paced environments
