Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Corporate Development Associate, a full-time exempt position responsible for M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment
• Lead due diligence efforts, including managing checklists and coordinating functional diligence teams
• Support financial analysis and underwriting, including developing deal models and managing transaction documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related roles
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with data rooms and document management
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
