Job Summary

Corporate Development Associate will work full-time in a remote or in-person capacity, managing M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence, financial analysis, and integration planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live M&A deals
  • Lead due diligence efforts and synthesize findings, escalating risks as necessary
  • Support financial analysis, transaction documentation, and closing coordination
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, with familiarity in CRMs and data rooms
  • Proven project management and financial skillsets
  • Analytical mindset with strong financial modeling abilities
