Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Corporate Development Associate will work full-time to manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence, financial analysis, and integration planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, including due diligence tracking and stakeholder alignment
• Lead diligence efforts by managing checklists, coordinating functional diligence, and escalating risks
• Support financial analysis and underwriting, manage data room requests, and assist with transaction documentation and closing coordination

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort with CRMs and document management
• Must be analytical with strong financial modeling and diligence synthesis skills
• Execution-oriented with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment
