Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Corporate Development Associate, a full-time position responsible for owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring alignment from LOI through close
• Lead diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
• Support financial analysis and underwriting for valuation and key deal economics while managing data room requests and transaction documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
• Proven project management and financial skillsets
• Analytical with strong financial modeling and diligence synthesis skills
