Job Summary

Corporate Development Associate will work full-time in Columbia, MO, focusing on M&A deal execution, project management, financial analysis, and transaction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals
• Lead due diligence efforts, including building checklists and coordinating functional diligence
• Support financial analysis and underwriting for valuation and deal economics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related roles
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data rooms
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
• Proactive, self-directed, and accountable with an ownership mindset
