Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a Corporate Development Associate (M&A) for a full-time position based in Columbia, MO, who will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, and financial analysis while coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead diligence efforts by managing checklists, coordinating functional diligence, and escalating risks as needed
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with CRMs, data rooms, and document management systems
