Job Summary

To support M&A initiatives, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation, working both remotely and in-person at the Columbia, MO headquarters.

Key responsibilities
  • Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
  • Lead diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings to escalate risks early
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, with familiarity in CRMs and data room management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
  • Analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and diligence synthesis
