Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment and diligence tracking
  • Lead due diligence efforts by managing checklists, coordinating functional teams, and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models, along with managing data room requests and documentation
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using CRMs and document management systems
