Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage deal execution and project workflows across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
  • Lead due diligence efforts by building checklists, coordinating functional diligence, and escalating risks as necessary
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support deal valuation, develop models, and prepare investment committee materials
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
  • Strong skills in financial modeling and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with CRMs and document management systems
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
