Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Focused on M&A deal execution, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, and conduct financial analysis while working both remotely and onsite in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals from LOI through close
• Lead diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data rooms
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical skills with a strong focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
