Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence, and perform financial analysis while working both remotely and in-person at the corporate headquarters in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams, building checklists, and escalating risks as needed
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support deal valuation, develop deal models, and prepare investment committee materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong financial modeling and diligence synthesis skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
• Execution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
