Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Corporate Development Associate (M&A) based in Columbia, MO, who will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation support.

Key responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams, managing checklists, and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation, develop deal models, and maintain investment committee materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with data rooms, document management, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
