Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

To support M&A initiatives, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage deal execution from LOI through close, leading due diligence, conducting financial analysis, and coordinating transaction documentation both remotely and in-person in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings to escalate risks early
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRMs and data rooms
• Proven project management skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Ownership mindset with strong communication skills to interface with executives and external advisors
