Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Corporate Development Associate (M&A) who will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation, with a hybrid work arrangement based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings to escalate risks early
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models, sensitivity analyses, and investment committee materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort with CRMs and document management
• Proven financial modeling and diligence synthesis skills with a detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while pushing stakeholders to meet deadlines
