Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, conduct financial analysis, and support transaction documentation both remotely and in-person at the Columbia, MO headquarters.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead project management and execution of M&A deals, ensuring alignment among stakeholders from LOI through close
  • Oversee due diligence processes, including building checklists and coordinating functional teams to synthesize findings and escalate risks
  • Conduct financial analysis and develop deal models to support valuation and key deal economics while managing data room requests and documentation
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with project management and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Proficient in using CRMs and document management systems
