Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, conduct financial analysis, and support transaction documentation while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
  • Lead due diligence efforts by building and managing checklists, coordinating functional diligence, and escalating risks
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
  • Strong financial modeling and diligence synthesis skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable with CRMs and data room management
  • Proactive and self-directed with an ownership mindset, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
