Job Summary

To support M&A initiatives, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and coordination of transaction documentation, both remotely and onsite in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
  • Lead diligence efforts by managing confirmatory checklists and coordinating functional diligence across various departments
  • Perform financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical skills with a strong focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
