Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, and conduct financial analysis while working both remotely and onsite in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
  • Lead due diligence efforts, including building checklists and coordinating functional diligence across various departments
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and key deal economics, developing and maintaining deal models
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and document management systems
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
  • Analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
