Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation and post-close integration, with a hybrid work arrangement based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage project execution and stakeholder alignment across multiple live M&A deals from LOI through close
  • Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
  • Perform financial analysis and underwriting to support deal valuation and develop investment committee materials
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and document management tools
