Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage deal execution and project workflows across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
  • Lead due diligence efforts, including building checklists, coordinating functional diligence, and escalating risks
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with CRMs and document management
  • Proven project management skills with an execution-oriented mindset
  • Analytical skills with strong financial modeling and diligence synthesis capabilities
