Job Summary
Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, perform financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation and integration planning in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
- Lead due diligence efforts by managing checklists, coordinating functional diligence, and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
- Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation, develop deal models, and prepare investment committee materials
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
- Analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
