Job Summary
To support M&A initiatives, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and integration planning, with a hybrid work arrangement based in Columbia, MO.
Key responsibilities
- Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
- Lead due diligence efforts by building checklists, coordinating functional diligence, and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
- Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation, develop deal models, and maintain investment committee materials
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and diligence synthesis
