Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence, and perform financial analysis while working both remotely and in-person at the Columbia, MO headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project workflows across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams, managing checklists, and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
• Perform financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and deal economics, while developing and maintaining deal models

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar deal execution roles
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using CRMs and document management systems, with a proactive and self-directed approach
