Job Summary

Focused on M&A deal execution, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, conduct financial analysis, and support transaction documentation and closing processes, working both remotely and in-person at the corporate headquarters in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Own deal execution and project management for multiple live deals from LOI through close
  • Lead diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings while escalating risks
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related roles
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with project management and managing multiple stakeholders effectively
  • Proficiency with CRMs and document management systems
