Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation in a hybrid work environment based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage deal execution and project workflows across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
  • Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional diligence teams, synthesizing findings, and escalating risks as necessary
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support deal valuation and develop investment committee materials
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency with CRMs (HubSpot), data rooms, and document management systems
