Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project tasks, lead due diligence, conduct financial analysis, and support transaction documentation in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
  • Lead due diligence by building and managing checklists, coordinating functional diligence, and synthesizing findings
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRM systems and data room management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and push stakeholders to meet deadlines
