Job Summary

Evaluating strategic acquisitions, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will support end-to-end M&A execution and corporate development initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate new strategic acquisition and investment opportunities
  • Contribute to deal process management, including coordination with legal and third-party diligence advisors
  • Conduct commercial, financial, and operational due diligence workstreams with internal stakeholders and external advisors
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-4+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
  • Experience leading or supporting M&A transactions from diligence through closing
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
