Job Summary
Focused on M&A deal execution, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, perform financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation and closing processes, working both remotely and in-person at the Columbia, MO headquarters.
Key responsibilities
- Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals from LOI through close
- Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
- Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, along with experience in CRM and document management
- Analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
- Proactive and self-directed with a strong ownership mindset
