Job Summary
Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation both remotely and in-person at the corporate headquarters in Columbia, MO.
Key responsibilities
- Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment and tracking diligence
- Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams, building checklists, and synthesizing findings while escalating risks
- Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuations, develop deal models, and maintain investment committee materials
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRMs and data room management
