Job Summary
The full-time Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation, with a work environment that allows for both remote and in-person collaboration in Columbia, MO.
Key responsibilities
- Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
- Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings while escalating risks as necessary
- Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
