Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, and perform financial analysis while working both remotely and onsite in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project workflows across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional diligence, building checklists, and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models while managing data room and transaction documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with experience in CRM and document management systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of clear communication with executives and stakeholders
