Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence, conduct financial analysis, and support transaction documentation both remotely and in-person at the Columbia, MO headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project workflows across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams, building checklists, and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models, while managing data room requests and transaction documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with CRMs and document management systems
