Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing corporate team, the full-time Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation, with a focus on both remote and in-person collaboration in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead diligence efforts by managing checklists, coordinating functional teams, and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation, develop deal models, and maintain investment committee materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, along with experience using CRMs and data rooms
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and push stakeholders to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface with executives and external advisors
