Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

The full-time Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation, while working in a hybrid environment based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment and tracking diligence
• Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings to escalate risks early
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, with familiarity in CRMs and data room management
• Proven analytical skills with strong financial modeling and diligence synthesis capabilities
• Execution-oriented mindset, comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
