Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence processes, and conduct financial analysis while working both remotely and onsite in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings to escalate risks early
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and document management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
• Analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and diligence synthesis
