Job Summary

To support M&A initiatives, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation, while working both remotely and in-person at the Columbia, MO headquarters.

Key responsibilities
  • Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
  • Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams, managing checklists, and escalating risks early
  • Conduct financial analysis to support valuation and develop deal models, ensuring timely management of data room requests and transaction documentation
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience in project management and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency with CRMs and document management systems
