Job Summary
Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project tasks, lead due diligence, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation both remotely and in-person at the corporate headquarters in Columbia, MO.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project management and execution of multiple M&A deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment and diligence tracking
- Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support deal valuation and develop investment committee materials
- Coordinate transaction documentation and closing processes, ensuring timely delivery of critical items and alignment across all parties
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in CRMs and document management systems, with a proactive and ownership-oriented mindset
