Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, and perform financial analysis while working onsite in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project workflows across multiple live M&A deals, ensuring alignment and tracking from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams, building checklists, and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation, develop deal models, and prepare investment committee materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles with strong project management skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with experience in CRM systems and data room management
• Strong financial modeling and diligence synthesis skills, with an execution-oriented mindset
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives and external advisors
