Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, perform financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation in a hybrid work environment based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment and diligence tracking
• Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings to escalate risks early
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with CRMs (HubSpot), data rooms, and document management systems
