Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, conduct financial analysis, and coordinate transaction documentation and integration planning, with a hybrid work arrangement based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment and diligence tracking
• Lead due diligence efforts by building checklists, coordinating functional diligence, and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuations, develop deal models, and maintain transaction documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with CRMs, data rooms, and document management systems
