Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, conduct financial analysis, and support transaction documentation while working both remotely and in-person at the Columbia, MO headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project workflows across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings while escalating risks as needed
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation, develop deal models, and maintain investment committee materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using CRMs and document management tools, including data rooms
