Job Summary
To support M&A initiatives, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation, while working both remotely and in-person at the Columbia, MO corporate headquarters.
Key responsibilities
- Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
- Lead diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams, managing checklists, and synthesizing findings while escalating risks
- Perform financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
- Strong financial modeling and diligence synthesis skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and document management systems
- Execution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
