Job Summary

Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence, conduct financial analysis, and support transaction documentation in a hybrid work environment based in Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project workflows across multiple live deals, ensuring alignment from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating with functional teams and synthesizing findings to escalate risks early
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
• Proven ability to manage multiple moving pieces and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
• Analytical skills with a strong focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
