Job Summary
Owning M&A deal execution from LOI through close, the full-time Corporate Development Associate will manage project workflows, lead due diligence efforts, and perform financial analysis while working both remotely and in-person at the Columbia, MO headquarters.
Key responsibilities
- Manage deal execution and project workflows across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
- Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional diligence teams and synthesizing findings to escalate risks early
- Perform financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models, investment committee materials, and sensitivity analyses
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with a high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
- Execution-oriented with excellent project management skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
